About our Helpline:
We have a limited number of volunteers.
Therefore, we cannot answer our helpline "live".
When you
reach our voicemail system, please do the following:
- Speak SLOWLY and CLEARLY
If we cannot
understand your call-back number, we won't be able to return
your call.
- Provide your:
- NAME (first name only is okay),
- contact PHONE NUMBER, and
- TIME OF DAY or EVENING we can safely
return your call.
- If it is okay for us to leave a voicemail
message, PLEASE SAY SO
Otherwise, we will not leave a
voicemail message.
When returning your
call, we will indicate that we are from PFLAG and that we are
returning a call from this number.
If you do not hear back from us within a
reasonable period of time after leaving your voicemail message,
PLEASE CALL US BACK! It is possible that we could not
understand the call-back number you left on your original voicemail
message. We DO return ALL calls!
